I have seen the criminal justice system from both sides. I have been a prosecutor and a defense attorney going on twenty years now. I have devoted my practice to fighting for clients who have needed someone to count on, someone who would listen to them, and someone who would be there for them and help.
Among his significant previous positions, David served as a member of:
- Procter & Gamble's Global Marketing Finance Team
- Controller for HorsePower Financial Services
- as well as running her own successful accounting and tax preparation business for a number of years.
I graduated from the University of Utah in 1989 with a B.S. in Political Science. I received my M.A. from Eastern Kentucky University in history in 1994. I graduated from Northern Kentucky University’s Chase College of Law in 1999 with my J.D.
I was raised in a military family that moved all over the world. As a child, I learned how to adapt to new situations and overcome various obstacles. From my childhood, I learned how to listen to people, how to treat them with respect, and how to speak to them in a way they could understand. When you hire an attorney, you need someone who is not only well versed in the law but someone who understands the facts of the case and how you, as a client, are related to those facts. You need someone who can communicate with others on your behalf.
